The nose is fresh and offers elegance, minerality, a fine crunchiness as well as a fine power. It reveals notes of crunchy green apple, yellow apple, small notes of Mirabelle associated with touches of sense of the place (local biotope), eucalyptus, bee wax, brioche, almond and fresh oak. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a good definition, gourmandize, fullness, a certain delicacy, a fine unctuosity, a beautiful finesse of the guideline, precision as well as a very discreetly tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh Mirabelle, crunchy yellow apple, small notes of bright Mirabelle associated with touches of small yellow fruits, apricot, hints of sense of the place/fresh grove, bee wax, nutmeg as well as an imperceptible hint of vanilla and eucalyptus. Good length.
