Reinisch – Sankt Laurent 2022 Tattendorf 1ÖTW – Thermenregion

The first nose is intense with some chocolate and black fruits aromas such as blackberry and black cherry. With air, the second nose showcases more mineralogy with a little smokiness and pepper aromas. The mouth is fresh with strong tannins. We do have notes of coco beans but also of coffee. Some fruits are also present like black cherry. The acidity is fresh and the tannins are strong. The wine has quite a medium body with a real fluidity but character with deep tannins which are quite astringent at the end of the tasting. The finish is long with vanilla, coffee and black berry (the skin also).
