The nose is aromatic and offers power as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of caramelization, dried flowers, dried zests and small notes of vanilla, molasse associated with a hint of mild tobacco. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers suavity, fat, a good definition, a small tension, a small unctuosity as well as gourmandize. On the palate this Rum expresses notes of Zante currants, candied quince and small notes of candied orange associated with fine touches of mango, molasse, discreet hints of vanilla, molasse as well as a very discreet hint of flowers (in the background) and chocolate. Good length.
