It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, pulpy blue berries and small notes of iris associated with touches of crushed berries, cherry blossoms, fine hints of crushed raspberry, camphor, spices as well as a hint of white pepper and zan. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a certain gourmandize, finesse, a fine grain, energy, racy minerality, tension, a good structure as well as a beautiful silky and delicate touch. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild raspberry, small pulpy red berries and small notes of iris associated with touches of rose, pulpy / juicy plum, fine hints of peony, cherry blossoms, zan, racy minerality as well as a very fine hint of pepper, dry oak and dried almond. Good length.
