The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose offers a limestone mineral framework, tangy citrus notes (lime zest with a slight bitterness, yellow lemon, grapefruit), as well as green apple, green plum, gooseberry and apple blossom. The palate offers lightness, fluidity, an airiness and tanginess of fresh citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon, lime), as well as a touch of green apple and gooseberries. We also find a limestone mineral touch and a lively acidity on the finish. The finish is chiselled, mineral, with salivating acidity and medium persistence.
