Régis Jouan, La Particulière 2023 – Sancerre

The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is fruity, tangy and chiseled. It expresses notes of red cherry, raspberry, red currants, cranberries, crunchy strawberry, crushed blackcurrant, as well as violet, lilac and rose petals, combined with a hint of white pepper and blackcurrant leaf in the background. The palate is lively, taut and tangy. It expresses flavors of bigarreaux cherry, raspberry, tangy strawberry, cranberries and blackcurrant, combined with a hint of violet and blackcurrant leaf in the background. The tannins are very fine, very slightly perceptible. The finish has an average persistence and expresses juiciness, good bitterness, tension and freshness, brought by a salivating acidity.
