The nose is fruity, elegant with a fine concentration, some power and a nice finish. There are notes of fresh wild blackberries, black berries combined with hints of racy minerality, roasted red berries as well as hints of pepper, camphor and there is a subtle note of nutmeg. The palate is fruity with a tangy texture. It has juiciness, fruitiness, gourmandise and a nice finesse and delicacy in its fatness that brings a little air. We have notes of juicy and pulpy cherries, pulpy and sour purple plums combined with touches of roasted red berries, rose as well as racy minerality, even salty, and a subtle note of sweet blond tobacco. There is a perceptible hint of lily in the background. There is a good length and a nice definition. It is a gourmet wine, pretty on the fruit and harmonious.
