The nose is gourmand and ripe. It expresses sweet aromas of honey (associated with a touch of wax), candied lemon, lemon juice, a hint of caramel, yogurt, brioche, as well as the freshness of green apple, lemon zest, pomelo and pineapple and a fine minerality. The palate expresses the same fruitiness (pineapple, pomelo, orange, lemon), complemented by notes of apple blossom, toast and brioche on the finish. Beautiful acidity of citrus and a persistence with a herbaceous touch of menthol and lemon in syrup.
