(Aged for 20 months) The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose offers complexity and density in elegance, as well as a fine spicy and honeyed hint. It expresses notes of fresh lemon, dried lemon, grapefruit, flower honey, a touch of pollen, wisteria, lily and acacia, as well as delicate spicy notes (nutmeg, crushed coriander seeds, a minty hint of liquorice), as well as a touch of fresh hazelnut and cut mint (in the background). After aeration, we also notice notes of lemon juice, candied lemon peel, apple blossom and white peach. The palate is straight, precise, mineral on attack (a slightly dry note of limestone). Then, it expresses the spicy and woody notes (a touch of licorice, nutmeg, coriander seeds, fresh hazelnut, dried almond) well integrated into the juiciness and freshness of its fruity substance. There are also subtle notes of honey, wax, fresh lime and chamomile infusion. Beautiful texture on the palate – chiseled and rounded at the same time in these notes of crushed lemon, lime, grapefruit, green apple pulp, tangy apricot and white peach in the background. The finish is persistent, chiseled, with sharp acidity and good bitternessof lime.
