Rancy – Le temps n’oublie (hors d’âge) – Rivesaltes

The nose is powdery, marked by dried fruits and pepper. We find hints of menthol associated with touches of dried date, an almost prune side, dried fruits as well as a subtle hint of cigar box and cocoa. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, energy, a beautiful definition, precision/purity, sincerity as well as race. Beautiful personality! On the palate this wine expresses notes of prune, date and small notes of jammy/dried blueberry associated with fine touches of rancio, tobacco box, cocoa as well as fine hints of nutmeg and green coffee. Beautiful freshness, gourmandise and substance.
