Beautiful dry nose, precise, straight, tense and which offers a powdery side. It reveals notes of zan, dried plum and small notes of raisin associated with touches of dried Quetsche plum, fine hints of dry tobacco, pepper as well as an almost linden hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, airy and offers juiciness, suavity, minerality, freshness, precision, straightness as well as a beautiful suavity and gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of violet plum, small candied fruits and small notes of crystallized zest associated with touches of rancio, candied kumquat as well as fine hints of coffee, cardamom and a discreet hint of dry undergrowth. Beautiful persistence over 10 caudalies.
