The nose is deep, concentrated, dense, precise, all in accuracy, and offers darkness in elegance as well as a beautiful palette of spices. There are notes of dried fig, dried orange and liquorice stick associated with hints of cocoa, tonka bean, green coffee as well as a subtle hint of nutmeg, incense and dried walnut. The palate is beautifully built, elegant, racy, supple, delicate and offers deepness and intensity in accuracy. Very beautiful aromatic palette on spices. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black plum, candied raspberry and small notes of zan, cardamom associated with touches of different spices, cocoa as well as fine hints of rancio, almost truffled, a hint of green anise, camphor and a very discreet hint of incense. Good length. Presence of a hint of dry biscuit and an imperceptible hint of kirsch. Beautiful persistence over 12 caudalies.
