The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced, well-built and offers gourmandise, suavity, a slight acid frame, a good definition, delicacy, power as well as a certain harmony. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, crushed blackberry and touches of ripe Gariguette strawberry associated with hints of griotte, raspberry as well as slight notes of chocolate/mocha, sweet spices, woody notes and a subtle hint of almond on the finish. Good length and persistence.
