The nose is fruity, well-balanced, well-built, elegant and offers freshness. It reveals notes of lemon and white flowers (lemon, white lilac) combined with small notes of crunchy vine peach, ripe / fresh zest as well as fine / imperceptible touches of pineapple / quince (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, well-defined, precise, clean and offers a fine acid frame, juiciness, gourmandise, a beautiful roundness and unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, ripe / juicy apple and small notes of juicy peach associated with discreet touches of quince, beeswax and almond. Good length. Good persistence.
