The nose is mineral, fresh, racy and offers a very fine tension as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of fresh apple, fresh quince and small notes of small crunchy yellow fruits associated with fine touches of lemon and white flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fresh frame, a beautiful definition as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh lemon, fresh/crunchy nectarine and small notes of fresh/crunchy apple associated with small touches of crunchy Mirabelle plum. Good length and persistence.
