The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, elegant, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, roundness and a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy yellow apple, juicy Mirabelle plum and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of small flowers, racy minerality as well as very discreet hints of beeswax. Good length.
