The nose is fresh, aromatic, elegant and offers power, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as gourmandise. It reveals notes of lime zest, candied lime and small notes of crystallized grapefruit combined with touches of crunchy vine peach, lychee, fresh nutmeg as well as fine hints of fresh honey and an imperceptible hint of fresh hazelnut. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, unctuosity, fat as well as a beautiful tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, crystallized lime and small notes of brugnon compote associated with touches of crystallized green apple, fine touches of exotic fruits, lychee, zest, candied mandarin as well as hints of honey and biscuit. Good length. Beautiful acidulous and suave persistence.
