The nose is aromatic, elegant, gourmand, intense and relatively powerful. It reveals notes of plum, wild blackberry and strawberry combined with hints of fleshy raspberry, sweet spices, mocha as well as subtle hint of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fleshy, juicy, racy, precise, fine and offers a good definition, a nice suavity, a good volume, gourmandise, a good freshness, a silky matter as well as a small acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blueberry, strawberry and small notes of raspberry associated with slight touches of purple plum as well as touches of liquorice, spices and a subtle touch of chocolate. Tannins are fine and a bit chewy. Good length.
