The nose is elegant, racy, aromatic and offers a slight intensity and a nice grain. It reveals plum and black berry notes combine with slight wild raspberry notes, red berries as well as touches of tonka bean, tea, cardamom, toasted oak and an imperceptible touch of Bourbon vanilla. The palate is fruity, elegant, perfectly built, precise, well-balanced, delicate, harmonious, a bit aerial and offers a beautiful guideline, a beautiful definition, a slight fat, a nice suavity, a good minerality, a nice grain as well as a slight acid frame and juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy plum, fleshy blackberry and Gariguette strawberry associated with slight touches of cherry as well as discreet touches of spices, caramelized oak, tonka bean, Bourbon vanilla and sweet spices / cardamom on the finish. Good length. Beautiful persistence.
