The nose offers power, a small concentration as well as intensity. It reveals notes of wild raspberry, crushed wild cassis, small notes of spices associated with small touches of rose wood, lily, blackberry as well as very discreet hints of nutmeg and a subtle hint of fresh tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful freshness, minerality, a fresh/mineral frame and a fine creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous cherry, fresh raspberry, small notes of crushed blackberry associated with small touches of juicy/crunchy questch plum, lily as well as hints of toasted, chocolate, nutmeg, discreet hints of tonka bean and fresh mild tobacco. Good length. A gourmand persistence on notes of sweet spices and caramelization.
