It reveals notes of wild blackberry, raspberry leaf, small notes of cassis associated with touches of small crushed blue fruits as well as hints of caramelization, liquorice stick, tobacco and a subtle hint of sense of the place. The palate is elegant, gourmand, very discreetly tight and offers a small straightness, a juicy/acidulous frame, a good structure as well as a beautiful justness/precision, a good structure and power (full of control). On the palate this wine expresses notes of small bright wild blue fruits, bright cassis, small notes of raspberry leaf associated with touches of bigarreau cherry, liquorice stick, tobacco as well as hints of sense of the place (local biotope), discreet hints of cardamom, mocha, an imperceptible hint of black olive and caramelization (in the background). Tannins are precise and well-built.
