The nose is fruity, slight and offers a slight powerful. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, cassis and spices (gray pepper, nutmeg…) associated with slight notes of grove, olive tree, toasted oak as well as a discreet hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, fine, sleek, well-balanced, slightly gourmand and offers a mineral frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry jam, crushed blueberry and slight notes of plum associated with touch of red fruits, liquorice, black olive as well as a discreet hint of olive tree and hints of toasted oak. Tannins are well-built. Good length. There is a (very) discreet hint of cacao on the persistence.
