The nose is fruity, elegant, aromatic, racy and concentrated. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, flowers (lily, cornflower…) associated with hints of Quetsche plum, wild strawberry as well as discreet hints of spices and an imperceptible hint of black pepper. The mouth is fruity, mineral, elegant, racy, well-balanced, silky, well-built, round and offers a beautiful matter, a beautiful definition as well as a good fullness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blueberry cream, juicy cassis and slight notes of plume associated with hints of fleshy Gariguette strawberry as well as slight notes of chocolate and toasted oak. Tannins are fine and a bit dry. Good length. A great success!
