The nose is fresh and aromatic. There are lovely notes of fruit such as black cherry but also purple plum. There are floral notes of violet. The second nose is also aromatic. We find fruit, flowers with notes of rose. There is almost a pear side. The palate is fresh, with notes of rose, violet but also pink pepper. There are touches of juicy cherry and blackberry. The aroma is gourmand. The tannins are supple but present. The acidity is measured. The finish is sapid with a salty hint and a lovely blackberry note.
