The nose is fruity and offers tension as well as intensity. It reveals notes of fresh blackberry, wild strawberry and small notes of cornflowers associated with touches of small blue berries, hints of Cuben pepper, camphor as well as very fine hints of spices, nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of local grove. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, freshness, a fine tension, straightness as well as a tannic structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy raspberry and small notes of fleshy / juicy redcurrants associated with a touch of violet, cornflowers as well as a subtle hint of black olive, caramelization, chocolate, brioche and an imperceptible hint of blood orange.
