The nose is fruity, elegant and relatively gourmand. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, plum and cassis combined with small notes of violets, Zan as well as touches of toasted oak and a discreet touch of caramel. The palate is fruity, harmonious and offers a small minerality and creamy matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and plum associated with small notes of cherry, a touch of cherry stone, chocolate as well as a few slight woody notes.
