The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave and offers a slight mineral frame, a slight acidity (in the background), gourmandise, fat, softness as well as a silky matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cassis jam and crushed blueberry associated with slight notes of plum, crushed red fruits as well as slight touches of chocolate, licorice, cedar wood and a subtle/imperceptible hint of garrigue. Good length.
