The nose is fruity, slightly tight and offers a small concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed cassis and small berries associated with slight touches of red cherry / raspberry, hints of blond tobacco, Zan, discreet hints of local vegetation as well as a very discreet hint of gray pepper (in the background), chocolate and toasted / liquorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, a bit tight and offers a good definition, minerality, a small juiciness, tension as well as a slight acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy wild berries, blackberry and small notes of black cherry, black plum associated with discreet hints of raspberry, violet, olive tree / laurel as well as very discreet hints of spices, cardamom and very discreet toasted hints. Tannins are fine, structuring, a bit firm and young.
