The nose is fruity and spicy. It reveals notes of blackberry, plum and rose combined with a few notes of menthol and Zan. The palate is fresh, mineral, racy, balanced and offers a beautiful fruity frame, precise fruits as well as a beautiful, unctuous and precise matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, plum and raspberry candy associated with slight notes of Zan, licorice stick as well as touches of cinnamon, spices, wood and a discreet / slight note of Sichuan pepper on the finish / persistence. Tannins are fine and a bit dry.
