(Bottled: 2022) Beautiful, fruity, intense and deep nose which offers finesse in its power as well as a captivating side. A beautiful, fine and airy grain. We find notes of wild blackcurrant, violet, fresh flowers and rose associated with touches of concentrated strawberry as well as hints of Cubeb pepper and a hint of tobacco. The palate is lovely fruity, kirsch, well-balanced, racy and offers a tangy frame, minerality, a beautiful definition as well as suppleness and delicacy in its richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of kirsch cherry, jammy blueberry and small notes of cooked small fruits associated with touches of crushed raspberry as well as hints of star anise, chocolate, coffee, a hint of flowers (in the background) and black tea. Tannins are mellow and tasty. Good length.
