(bottled in 2014) The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of black cherry, fresh cassis associated with slight notes of strawberry, plum, licorice, spices, a subtle hint of Sichuan pepper as well as an imperceptible hint of olive tree and saffron flower. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a beautiful roundness, a beautiful definition, fat, suavity, gourmandise as well as a slight acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed raspberry, strawberry, plum and slight notes of cassis associated with a hint of chocolate truffle, licorice, spices (cardamom, imperceptible hint of saffron). Good length.
