The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a small power, richness (well-controlled), a certain/small concentration as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of Boysenberry, chocolate, crushed strawberry and small touches of crushed plum, crushed raspberry associated with hints of toasted hazelnut, toasted almond, very discreet hints of gray pepper and an imperceptible hint of sense of the place (local biotope). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, juiciness a small freshness, a beautiful acidulous frame, complexity, gourmandize as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / bright blackberry, bright redcurrants and small notes of juicy purple plum associated with small touches of juicy blueberry, cherry blossoms as well as hints of chocolate, toasted, hazelnut toasted, a discreet hint of sens of the place, oleander and very discreet hints of sweet spices. Tannins are elegant and precise. Presence of a very discreet grilled hint on the persistence.
