On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / acidulous quince, acidulous / juicy kumquat and small notes of acidulous / juicy vine peach associated with hints of lemon, juicy apricot as well as fine hints of apple, an imperceptible hint of peach blossoms and fresh olive tree / fresh grove.
