The nose is elegant, powerful, racy and offers concentration. The wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of ripe red berries, raspberry and small notes of strawberry associated with fine touches of blackberry, black olive, olive tree / flowers, chocolate as well as very discreet hints of Cuben pepper and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, elegant, (very) slightly tight and offers an acid frame, a good definition, a fine roundness, tension as well as a beautiful juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of redcurrant, wild strawberry and small notes of blackberry associated with touches of cassis, juicy wild berries, hints of racy minerality, olive tree / laurel, sweet spices as well as a very discreet touch of black olive, cuben pepper, chocolate and zan. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
