Quinta Da Lapa – Arinto 2019, Reserva – DO Tejo D.O.C

The nose is fresh, mineral and offers a fine tension. There are notes of nectarine, crunchy white peach and small notes of fresh quince associated with small touches of racy minerality, eucalyptus as well as fine hints of sense of place, flint and a discreet hint of juicy mirabelle plum. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a fine suavity, gourmandize, a fine roundness, a beautiful ripe / juicy / acidulous fruit as well as a beautiful definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of bright white peach, juicy quince and small notes of juicy plum associated with touches of lychee, juicy pineapple, with fine hints of citrus (lemon, mandarin, a discreet hint of yuzu), discreet hints of racy minerality / flint, sense of place and a subtle honeyed hint (in the background). Good length. Presence of an imperceptible almost vanilla hint in the background.
