The nose is elegant, gourmand and offers a fine complexity. It reveals notes of Boysenberry, ripe wild strawberry and small notes of cassis associated with small touches of liquorice, graphite as well as subtle hints of chocolate and a subtle hint of flowers (in the background). The palate is fruity, fresh and offers a juiciness, straightness as well as richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy raspberry and small notes of crushed cassis associated with a touch of blueberry, small red fruits as well as a subtle hint of violet, cornflower and cocoa/coffee. A very discreet hint of small dry fruits/nut on the persistence.
