The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a small concentration / richness as well as gourmandize. It reveals notes of crushed blackberries, wild strawberries and small notes of crushed redcurrants associated with small touches of garrigue, thyme as well as fine hints of nutmeg, hazelnut and discreet hints of vanilla. The mouth is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, a fine acidulous frame, tension as well as a beautiful finesse of the guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy strawberry, crunchy raspberry and small notes of juicy blackberry associated with small touches of violet, juicy plum, fine hints of garrigue, black olive, sweet spices, tea as well as a discreet hint of caramelization and an imperceptible hint of chocolate. Tannins are elegant, precise and well-built. Good length and persistence. A very discreet chew on the finish / persistence.
