On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy strawberry, crunchy raspberry and small notes of juicy blackberry associated with small touches of violet, juicy plum, fine hints of garrigue, black olive, sweet spices, tea as well as a discreet hint of caramelization and an imperceptible hint of chocolate. Tannins are elegant, precise and well-built. Good length and persistence. A very discreet chew on the finish / persistence.
