(organic) The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is precise, complex and tense. It expresses notes of ripe red cherry, morello cherry, fresh raspberry, wild strawberry and cranberry in the background, combined with spicy aromas (liquorice, nutmeg, tonka bean, ground cumin in the background), fresh herbs (fresh mint, thyme, rosemary, fresh tobacco), as well as a floral (rose, cornflower) and toasted (coffee, toasted hazelnut, cocoa) hints. The palate is juicy and enveloping. It expresses notes of morello cherry, wild strawberry, wild blackberry, crushed raspberry, as well as a delicate but precise spiciness (liquorice, nutmeg, tonka bean, cumin), refreshing and airy notes of fresh mint, tobacco, pine needles and fresh rose, combined with a roasted touch (toasted hazelnut, cocoa, coffee). The tannins are straight, well-constructed and fine. The acidity is refreshing and salivating. Good persistence in the mouth on a tangy frame of cranberries and red cherry, as well as a good bitterness of bergamot.
