The nose is elegant and fine. It reveals notes of dark chocolate, blackberry and discreet notes of small wild berries associated with a grilled hint, graphite / iodine minerality as well as slight hints of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, nicely defined, fine, well-balanced and offers a nice purity of the fruit. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy strawberry, cherry and slight notes of blueberry combined with a discreet hint of red berries, blackberry, a discreet hint of toasted wood as well as a very discreet hint of spices and an imperceptible hint of gray pepper. Tannins are firm and a bit dry. Good length.
