(organic) The wine has a bright ruby color, of medium intensity. The nose is tangy, fresh and purely fruity. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, crushed raspberry, crunchy strawberry, fresh red currant, as well as a herbaceous touch of blackcurrant leaves, basil and a floral hint of fresh rose. The palate is juicy, gourmand and offers the intensity of fruit and a pleasant bitterness of cranberries. We also find notes of bigarreau cherry, fresh strawberry and red currant, blackcurrant leaves, peppermint and fresh rose, associated with a tannic framework of wild black plum. The tannins have a fine grain and a fairly firm structure, but not drying. Beautiful acidity, liveliness, energy and purity of the fruits. Good, fresh, chiseled length.
