On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy cassis, juicy/ripe raspberry and small notes of strawberry associated with fine touches of chocolate, toasted as well as discreet hints of caramelization and very discreet hints of sweet spices/vanilla. Tannins are elegant, finely tight and structuring. Good length. Power on the finish.
