The nose is aromatic and relatively fine. It reveals notes of spice, cinnamon and clove associated with a discreet touch of vanilla, cardamom (in the background), ginger, as well as discreet notes of black pepper, caramel, yellow grape, orange zest and a hint of candied mirabelle plum. The palate is fruity, relatively gourmand, relatively fat and offers suavity and a good volume. In the mouth this Rum expresses notes of raisin and four-spices (cinnamon, cloves…) associated with fine notes of cardamom, cedar wood, discreet notes of lychee as well as a discreet hint of papaya, candied fruit and oak. Good length.
