Fruity nose with freshness and a hint of flowers. There is a discreet hint of fresh balsamic as well as notes of boysenberry, raspberry and more slightly kirsch cherry. The palate is mineral, fruity, balanced with precision and smoothness. There is a nice roundness with energy on the freshness and acidity of the fruit. There are notes of kirsch cherries, juicy and pulpy red berries and more slightly crushed blueberries combined with delicate touches of crushed strawberries as well as hints of vanilla, tobacco and a subtle hint of star anise. There is almost a pastry-like quality. Good length.
