The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a small juiciness, a small tension, a fresh/mineral frame as well as power. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of caramelized orange, caramelized mandarine, small notes of dry zests associated with a touch of orangette, dry lemon, caramel peach, crushed pear as well as fine hints of caramelization, vanilla, nutmeg, cedar, a discreet hint of caramelized cedrat and pepper. Good length. A small dry and tannic side on the finish. Good persistence with an imperceptible hint of grilled and coffee.
