The nose is fruity and offers minerality as well as a very fine chiseled side. It reveals notes of Boysenberry, Quetsche plum and small notes of strawberry associated with touches of pepper, violet, cherry stone as well as hints of spices, nutmeg and a very discreet hint of lilac (in the background). The palate is fruity and offers gourmandize, suavity, a beautiful acidulous frame as well as a small straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / acidulous wild strawberries, crushed redcurrants and small notes of acidulous plum associated with hints of bulb / varietal, cherry blossoms as well as fine hints of laurel berries. Tannins are well-built.
