Promesse de Rabaud-Promis 2018 – Sauternes

The nose is fresh, slightly tight and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of candied citrus, fleshy/fresh William pear and small notes of pink litchee associated with a touches of nuts and a discreet hint of massepain. The palate is fruity, freshn well-balanced, chased and offers a good definition, juiciness, a mineral frame, fat, suavity, precision, tension as well as a fine acidulous. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied green apple associated with a hint of pineappele, flowers as well as a very discreet hint of massepain and almond (in the background).
