The nose offers complexity, a fine grain, tight and very discreetly dusty. There are notes of acacia blossom, sage and small notes of small fruits associated with slight hints of fennel as well as discreet hints of fresh blond tobacco as well as a subtle hint of clove. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, an acidulous frame and salinity. In the mouth it expresses notes of juicy/ fresh white peach, mesocarp and small notes of acacia blossom associated with touches of white liquorice, fresh cinnamon as well as a subtle toaste-fresh hint. Good length. Beautiful balance and precision. Subtle tannic hint in the aftertaste. Precise and tense/ stretched. A certain brigthness/ freshness of the fruit.
