The nose is relatively discreet and slightly toast/coating. There are notes of quite ripe yellow peach, small ripe fruits and small notes of toast associated with slight hints of pâtisseries as well as discreet hints of fresh almond and an imperceptible hint of fresh herbs. The mouth is fruity and offers suavity, an acidulous frame, a good bitterness and a certain roundness. In the mouth it expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy yellow peach, crushed apple and small notes of quenette associated with touches of crushed physalis, toasted almond as well as a subtle hint of fresh sap/ fresh herbs. Slightly short on the finish.
