Probus – Believe in yourself, Belim 2017

The nose is aromatic, delicate and reveals a certain finesse in its intensity, delicacy as well as a very fine power. There are notes of kumquat, crushed physalis and, more slightly, white lily, combined with fine hints of fresh yellow peach, a very discreet hint of nutmeg, spices and an imperceptible hint of dried peel and peat. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, fruit, a certain gourmandize, an acidic backbone, a nice freshness and finesse in its definition and structure. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, physalis and, more slightly, dried yellow peach, combined with hints of pineapple, orange peel, fine spices, a discreet hint of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of cereals in the background. Good length.
