The nose is fruity and offers a certain richness, a small power as well as a small concentration. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, plum and small notes of cornflowers associated with touches of crushed strawberry as well as slight hints of vanilla. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, creaminess, a good definition, a certain gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame and richness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, crushed strawberry, pulpy blueberry associated with small touches of lilac, cornflowers as well as fine hints of sage, racy minerality, grilled and a discreet hint of chocolate, caramelization and white flowers.
